1.1 CNC tool racks

CNC tool racks are used for medium to long-term storage of tools. Tools can be stored here fully assembled. This saves time when using the same tool again. With a tool tag, for example, the geometry data of the tool can be carried or stored with the tool. Our tool racks offer many advantages compared to our competitors:

- Metal compartments for DIN A4 sheets

- Anti-slip feet

- Tool carrier made of ABS plastic

- Additional attachments such as mounting blocks possible

- All our products are available with all common tool interfaces

- The tool carriers can be freely configured on request (e.g. 4x tool carriers with HSK40 and 4x tool carriers with Capto C4)

1.1.1 CNC tool rack small and large

These tool racks can be reached from one side and can therefore be placed directly against a wall. Depending on the circumstances, this is the simplest and most space-saving solution. The small and large CNC tool racks only differ in their size and storage capacity. For example, the small version with the HSK 40 tool interface can store 60 tools. The large version can store up to 96 HSK 40 tools. This means that around 60% more tools fit into the rack. Both shelves are supplied with metal compartments for A4 sheets. These compartments are ideal for storing orders, drawings or work instructions directly on site.

The anti-slip feet ensure that the shelves stand securely and prevent them from moving accidentally.

The tool carriers are already included in the price of our CNC tool racks. These tool carriers are made of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS for short). These plastics have several advantages. They are very temperature-resistant up to around 100 °C and are still stiff and tough even at low temperatures of up to -45 °C. Furthermore, ABS is a very robust plastic thanks to its positive ratio of impact resistance to stiffness. Thanks to their high hardness, ABS plastics have good scratch resistance, which makes our products very durable.

The small version of our tool racks also offers the option of mounting one of our mounting blocks onto the rack. This mounting block must be purchased separately. This is a particularly good solution if the rack is in the middle of production and tools need to be replaced on site. The shelf can be used as a central point for tools.
